6. Use of Clio Grow Technology
Our Website is built using the Clio Grow platform, a third-party technology provider. This platform facilitates certain administrative and client management functions, including but not limited to, website templates, contact forms, appointment scheduling, and communication tools. While Confuorto Consultancy Inc. maintains control over the content and services offered, aspects of your interaction with our Website, particularly related to forms and client communication workflows, may be governed by Clio Grow's terms of service and privacy policies in addition to our own. You acknowledge that certain terminology within the Clio Grow platform (e.g., "lawyer," "legal firm") may appear due to its primary design for legal professionals; however, as stated in Section 1, Confuorto Consultancy Inc. is a consulting firm and does not provide legal services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
